How the splitter decides where to break
It keeps paragraphs together when they fit, then breaks between sentences, then between words. Numbering takes a few characters, so the splitter reserves room for it before it packs each post under Bluesky's 300 character limit. Bluesky counts graphemes, so an emoji or an accented letter counts as one character.
