Instagram Grid Maker
Turn one image into a row or a wall of posts that join up on your profile, numbered in the order to post them.
Free. No account. Runs in your browser.
A tall image suits more rows. It stays on your device.
Grid
The maker cuts your image into 9 posts at 1080 x 1350, 3 rows of three. Each tile overlaps its neighbors by the strip the profile grid trims, so the grid lines up where people see it.
Post them in number order. Post 1 is the bottom right tile, because your profile shows the newest post first.

Why the tiles are numbered backwards
Your profile shows the newest post first, at the top left, so the bottom right tile goes up first and the top left tile goes up last. Each tile is 1080 x 1350, the 4:5 shape that takes the most room in the feed. The profile grid shows posts at 3:4 and trims a little from each side, so every tile overlaps its neighbors by that strip and the grid lines up where people see it.
Frequently asked questions
In what order do I post the tiles?
Start with post 1, the bottom right tile, and finish with the top left. Every file name carries its number, and Download all saves them in that order.
Will pinned posts break the grid?
Pinned posts always show first on your profile, so they sit above the grid. Unpin them if you want the grid at the top.
Is my text or image uploaded anywhere?
No. The tool runs in your browser. Nothing you type or choose is sent to Distinctful or stored.
