Publish to Threads from Distinctful
Show up on Threads without living in the app.
Threads rewards frequency more than polish, which is a problem when the app is also the place you lose an hour. Putting it on the same calendar as the rest of your week turns showing up into something you plan once rather than remember daily. Distinctful connects through Meta sign-in and requests publishing plus insights, so a post and the replies it earned stay together instead of living in a tab you have to go check.

How to connect Threads
- 01Open Settings, go to Integrations, and choose Threads.
- 02Sign in through the Meta flow and approve the connection. Distinctful asks for your basic profile, publishing, insights, and replies.
- 03Choose Threads as a destination in the composer and schedule your first post.

What access does Distinctful ask for?
Four things: your basic profile, permission to publish for you, access to the insights on those posts, and the ability to read replies so they appear beside the post they belong to.
What happens when I disconnect?
Distinctful clears its own access first, so disconnecting never waits on Threads, then asks Threads to revoke the token. Posts you already published keep their history in Distinctful.
Does it post to Instagram too?
No. Threads and Instagram are separate connections in Distinctful even though both sign in through Meta. Connecting one does not connect the other.
