Email automation
Sending emails automatically when a defined trigger, schedule, or subscriber condition is met.
Email automation uses rules to send messages without preparing each delivery by hand. Triggers can include a confirmed signup, an event registration, or a date. Conditions determine who qualifies, while delays control when the next message is sent.
A newsletter can automatically send a welcome email after confirmation, wait two days, and then send a beginner guide. Before each step, the system should still respect the current subscription status and any exit conditions.
Automation describes the delivery process, not the quality or relevance of the content. Review the entire subscriber experience, including overlapping campaigns, outdated links, and messages that no longer fit someone who has already completed the intended action.
