On the Scale plan, invite up to 4 teammates by email from Settings. Each person signs in with their own login and works in the business’s Distinctful workspace: the same calendar, plan, and AI credits. Teammates join as Contributors who draft and plan; the owner publishes and manages accounts, billing, and the team.

Plan every channel on one calendar
Connect up to 25 social accounts across Instagram, X, LinkedIn, Threads, Bluesky, and YouTube, and up to 3 Beehiiv or Kit publications. Whoever is scheduling sees what is already planned, and the composer previews each post the way it will look on each platform.

Share one view of the email list
Everyone sees the same per-send opens, clicks, and subscribers gained, as Beehiiv or Kit reports them, and the owner keeps individual subscribers and reader histories private. When the business decides what to send next, the whole team is looking at the same numbers.

Deals holds each sponsorship, its rate, its deliverables, and whether it has been paid, with deliverables linked to cards on the calendar. The owner runs the deal, Contributors see its deliverables and draft the posts for it, and everyone sees where every deal stands without asking.

Save the page you want readers to reach as an offer. When an eligible post goes out, Encore adds a reply that points to it and records whether the reply went through. Set it up once and it applies to every eligible post the team publishes.

What can a teammate do?
Teammates join as Contributors. They write drafts and ideas, save inspiration, plan dates on the calendar, and use Chat. The owner schedules and publishes, connects accounts, sets up the strategy, offers, deals, and Encore, sees individual subscribers, and manages billing and the team. There are no custom roles or approval queues.
Does Distinctful work for an agency?
Partly. Distinctful is one business’s workspace, so there are no client workspaces, approvals, or an engagement inbox. What works today: a client runs its own Scale plan and invites your team as members, and you switch between the Distinctful workspaces you belong to from the account menu.
Are chats and AI credits shared?
AI credits are shared by the business, like the rest of the plan. Chat conversations are private to the person who had them, so a teammate does not see the owner’s conversations or vice versa.
What happens if I remove a teammate or move to Grow?
Their access ends on their next request. Nothing is deleted: scheduled posts and Encore keep running, and moving back to the Scale plan restores a teammate’s access.
